This offer shall be the basis for our outcome monitoring during the consultation process.
Being a systemic organizational consultant, it is important for me to also explore environment in which you act. Together, we will assess potential approaches and their consequences. You will then decide which strategy to pursue, and I will support you, your team, and your organization in this process.
