Methods

My methods encourage participants to be an active part of the process. If feasible, they are immediately involved from the planning process to its subsequent implementation. This way, their diverse interests, abilities, and requirements are incorporated. My methods also enhance an awareness of self-effectiveness and encourage reflection and action. They are inclusive in terms of both gender and social status und support the diversity of each person.

I use a mix of various methods. I disclose them from the beginning, examine them transparently during implementation and, if necessary, modify them. At the end of the process, the participants reflect on the choice and use of the applied methods.

My methods include:

  • Metaplan
  • Evaluation methods
  • Digital tools
  • Outcome Mapping
  • NGO-IDEAs
  • Methods in the framework of training and lectures
  • Future workshops and World Café (efficient, participative group methods)
