In terms of international issues, I am specialized on working in societies with a fragile context. The topics that I am dealing with are interdisciplinary and relevant in most contexts. My main focus is the promotion of human rights (specialized on women’s rights), implementation of diversity in NGOs and governmental organizations, civil conflict resolution (especially in a post-war context), and vocational as well as academic education. I treat these issues from a gender inclusive point of view and respect the numerous aspects that define a person and shape teams and organizations.
