Key qualifications

  • Over 35 years of work experience in the social and development sector both in Germany and worldwide
  • Design and implementation of (impact) studies, concepts, evaluations, and research projects with an emphasis on human rights, capacity building, civil resolution of conflicts, empowerment of women, gender mainstreaming, and diversity management
  • Organisation and facilitation of workshops in Germany and worldwide
  • Promotion of gender mainstreaming and diversity management in organisations and projects
  • Training concerning facilitation methods, communication skills, Outcome Mapping, strategic planning, gender and diversity in Germany, Africa, Asia and Latin America
  • Lectures at German Universities
  • Leadership and management of teams and working groups
  • Application of participative work forms (facilitation, planning and evaluation methods)
  • Well-founded knowledge of and practical experience with the introduction of change processes in public administrations and non-governmental organisations in Germany and in the non-European international arena
  • Introduction of results-oriented project management
